Secure Payments
Our checkout is powered by Shopify, and all transactions are protected using encrypted SSL security. Your payment information is never stored by us. For security and verification purposes, we only have access to the last four digits of your card, along with your billing and shipping address to process your order.
Payment Process
When you place an order, your payment method is pre-authorized for the full order amount.
Example:
If you purchase an item for $900, a $900 pre-authorization will appear on your bank statement. This is a temporary hold and not a completed charge.
Once your order is confirmed with our supplier and prepared for shipment, the charge is finalized.
This process allows a short window of time (typically a few hours) to modify or cancel your order if needed. If you cancel within this window, the pre-authorization will be voided and the hold will be released by your bank.
